WellGauge, Inc.

Engages Capital Services Group for Strategic Financial Advisory Services - Announces Plans for Direct Public Offering

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -June 30, 2014 –WellGauge, Inc. a business formed to design and commercialize well-water measurement solutions (“WellGauge” or the “Company”) today announced that it has engaged Capital Services Group to provide strategic financial advisory services including investment packaging and integration of its Rule 506c Plug-In into its corporate website undera direct public offering of its shares.

The offering will be made available to the general public, its customers and other interested parties, under direct solicitation rules outlined in the new Rule 506(c), which eliminates the prohibition against general solicitation and advertising in connection with offerings under Rules 506 and 144A under the Securities Act of 1933.

Thomas Carter, CEO of Capital Services Group, said that “Water is becoming increasingly scarce and the effective management of water resources is just good and responsible stewardship. WellGauge is developing technologies which provide well-owners with a more reliable and cost-effective way to manage their water supply. We are pleased to work with WellGauge in its effort to secure growth capital needed to commercialize its important technologies.”

According to the NGWA, approximately 42 Million Americans rely on their own private drinking water supplies. The National Ground Water Association, the US Census Bureau and the Department of Labor have determined that there are more than 15 million wells in the United States and more than 1.48 million well pumps ($262M) sold in 2010 alone.

Well-measurement products on the market today are designed primarily for industrial and commercial purposes for the well professional, municipalities or government monitoring applications. These devices are either highly manual (hand-pump, sonar, wetted tape), highly expensive (in excess of $1000), or both. In addition, many of these devices require readings at the well and do not allow for remote monitoring.

With over 15 million domestic and agricultural wells in the U.S. and an average of 800,000 new wells drilled  annually, there are tremendous market opportunities for a device that allows well-owners to know the relative "health" and viability of their water resource. However, today, there are no low-cost, automatic, dependable, easy to install, well-water measurement devices available to private well-owners.

The WellGauge Model A-1000 provides unsurpassed ease of use, installation, quality and performance for today’s residential and commercial applications. It delivers what both residential and commercial users / owners are looking for to monitor and proactively manage water usage and the overall health of their well system.
