Engages Capital Services Group for Strategic Financial Advisory Services Announces Plans for Direct Public Offering

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- July 15, 2014 – Innovative Bottles, Inc., (“Innovative Bottles” or the “Company”) a company dedicated to creating sustainable, ECO-friendly products, today announced that it has engaged Capital Services Group to provide strategic financial advisory services including investment packaging and assistance in undertaking a direct public offering of its shares. The Company hasdeveloped and patented bio-based materials that are alternatives to plastic whichreduce greenhouse gases by 32% as contrasted with industry standards and use 42% less energy in production over polypropylene.  Innovative Bottles has initially targeted sales of itsbottles and containers to thepharmaceutical and hospitality industries.

The offering will be made available to the general public, its customers and other interested parties, under direct solicitation rules outlined in the new Rule 506(c), which eliminates the prohibition against general solicitation and advertising in connection with offerings under Rules 506 and 144A under the Securities Act of 1933.

While plastic has been an integral aspect of the global economy, it has real issues that need to be addressed, including waste accumulation in landfills and natural habitats, physical problems for wildlife resulting from ingestion and entanglement in plastic, the leaching of chemicals from plastic products and the potential for plastics to transfer chemicals to wildlife and humans, as well as the fact that its impact on fossil fuel production and higher energy requirements to produce it. Innovative Bottles is bringing a real solution to these problems in a focused manner, initially on the pharma and hospitality industries, with PLA-based bottles which are made 100% from plants, arerenewable, can be composted within 45-90 days, does not emit toxic fumes, is less expensive and performs equal to petroleum-based plastics with a fraction of the energy cost to create it.”

Innovative Bottles intends to initially roll-out its commercialization efforts in the North American pharmaceutical and hospitality markets, which consume more than 4 billion bottles annually. On a global basis, global demand for primary pharmaceutical containers is projected to increase 6.6% annual to a $57 billion market by 2017.
